Diane has worked in leadership positions in the management systems field for over 25 years. This has included national and multi-national positions in marketing and sales, operations and executive leadership for several large international companies. During these tenures Diane successfully identified, trained, mentored and led management teams to improve performance and achieve outstanding results. Often tasked with company turnarounds Diane achieved results with her ability to inspire confidence and create loyal and productive teams. With her passion for growth, Diane introduced many new product lines and achieved additional success by entering and penetrating new markets. George Fazekas

Rick has worked in quality management for 25 years, as quality manager, quality auditor, quality consultant, and quality trainer, and is renowned for his insight and customer service skills. Rick has developed and delivered training courses on Quality, Improvement, Auditing and Process Management, and has delivered bespoke training programs to dozens of clients.
Rick works as both an auditor, trainer and implementer of quality management systems since 2016, helping companies in many industry types achieve better quality management. With experience in both manufacturing and service, his range of quality skills make him a tremendous asset to a broad range of clients. Rick has provided training to a dozen companies to assist them in their implementation of a quality management system. All have been successful.

George has worked in laboratory management and consulting for 40 years.  His primary focus was to ensure that highly accurate lab data was generated as efficiently and reliably as possible.  He accomplished this with a three-prong approach:  create custom computer programs and databases to automatically capture, analyze, store, and report lab data; statistically evaluate the data to ensure its accuracy and reliability, and measure the degree of dispersion of the data to ensure that the number of replicates tested was the minimum needed to meet the business requirement – thus avoiding the increased costs and reduced efficiency that would have resulted from testing more replicates than necessary.
George also developed and implemented the lab’s Quality Management System with accreditation to the ISO 17025 proficiency standard as well as to ISO 9001.  He ensured the effectiveness of the management review, internal and external audits, control of documents and records, and continual improvement processes.
He has a broad educational background with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and two Bachelor of Science degrees in both Biology and Computer Science from York University.
